KC Medical Management

I just switched to KC Medical Management a few months ago. All I can say is that they are fantastic! Super fast and clear communication, very friendly. Very experienced, knowledgeable. My claims are getting paid much more quickly and efficiently than my last biller. Karey is just top notch at what she does. Very highly recommended. A+++

It is very rare that I feel the need to write a review for a business, however, KC Medical Management deserves it. We have been using their medical billing service for a year and our medical practice could not be happier. From the first phone call we had with the owner, Karey, we knew we hit a home run. Not only does she know her field, but she is personable and gets the job done! Whenever I call her office, she is always working no matter what time of day it is. Sometimes I wonder if she lives at her office. Her work ethic is outstanding and she is not afraid to go after the insurance company to get us paid. She is always there to help out with questions and if she doesn't know the answer, she will find it out. I only wish there were more than 5 stars to give her.

I wouldn't look any further for medical billing once you have found Karey and her team. Karey is the BEST, look no further!

We finally found someone who knows how to bill after 35 years in acupuncture business.
Her whole staff is very personable and knowledgeable, not to mention she sure goes extra miles to get you paid!! When I ask "Can I have this done right away please?" she gets it done in no time!! Let me start by saying I love that there is never drama dealing with Kc Med. I bought base camp to streamline efficiency within my office and Joan is such a gangsta she learned the program so fast and now things run even smoother. Outside of the standard stuff a billing management company will do...when it comes to efficiency and efficiency improvements that's what they do and as a business owner we all know that's he key to success. Karey, Sara, and the KC team are the best!!!
